Fleet electrification can be complex and time consuming. The multi-faceted nature of such a challenge and the interdependency of many variables can make system performance projections difficult for organisations, large or small. A careful focus on feasibility analysis and planning can help ensure a smoother transition for your fleet’s shift to EV. In this webinar, Namit Singh, COO and Co-Founder of Microgrid Labs, will share his expertise on how to make your EV fleet a reality.

With the first wave of the energy transition, renewable energy sources (such as solar and wind) have begun replacing coal power generation. However, some sectors are lagging behind and struggling to decarbonize more than others, including large-scale transportation like commercial aviation, shipping, and rail transit. Electrofuels (aka eFuels) are the next generation of solutions to help the hardest-to-abate sectors pivot from their reliance on fossil fuels.

One of my 2023 energy predictions was “Total U.S. oil production will again rise, and set a new annual production record.” The previous annual record was set in 2019 at 12.3 million barrels per day (bpd), and by the end of 2022 monthly production was just about back to that level following the devasting Covid-19 impact on the industry in 2020. Of course, we don’t yet know if oil production will continue to creep higher, or whether falling prices will finally impact production.
