The Rhodium Group released preliminary analysis of the bill finding that the Inflation Reduction Act would cut US net greenhouse gas emissions down to 31% to 44% below 2005 levels in 2030 compared to 24% to 35% under current policy. Should this bill become law, from 2022-2024, these credits are extended and restored to their full value.
