T he UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization estimates that animal agriculture contributes to around 15% of greenhouse gas emissions of which 60% comes from cows getting consumers. He said the technology itself would cost $200 million, with a further $85-170 million going towards packaging, marketing, and regulatory work.
