But the costs, implementation timelines, and space requirements have relegated this type of HVAC system to very large and fancy properties (think military bases, presidential libraries, and museums).

But I could think of lots of little things that are really cool. With regard to performance, it’s cool. Model Y’s new thermal management system, the Octovalve (which sports a picture of an octopus with a snowflake) is the heart of the car’s cooling and heating system, and replaces the Superbottle used in Model 3.
