When campus shut down and cafeterias closed, Colby kept dining-service staffers on and tasked them with tending to the campus organic garden, where they've harvested nearly 2,200 pounds of produce to date (anything not used in campus dining halls has been donated to the Mid-Maine Homeless Shelter).
