Turock assumed the role of Executive Director to design and develop SCEIN as an accelerator program for clean energy startups based in San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial counties that are developing technologies to help California meet its clean energy goals. As a small startup, UCAP Power joined SCEIN in July of 2020.
