Food ingredients innovator Motif has raised $27.5 The rebrand emphasizes Motif’s plans to become a supplier of innovative ingredients to food innovators with a particular emphasis on its partnership with parent company Ginkgo Bioworks, the microbe manufacturer. Danone, Mars Inc, and Ingredion are founding members of the project.
