Jess works remotely from Michigan and travels frequently (in the non-covid times) to support her teams and growers in the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, Southeast, and South America. Before rejoining HUD in 2018, he worked for the City of Dallas where he oversaw the monitoring of the City’s operating budget for 18 departments.
