Women in Geothermal (WING) Indonesia recently held a talk on business etiquette to celebrate Kartini Day and help in empowering women in Indonesia.

In honor of Kartini Day on April 21st, a day dedicated to championing women’s empowerment in Indonesia, Women in Geothermal (WING) Indonesia hosted an enlightening breakfast talk titled “Mastering the Art of Business Etiquette for Women” with the support from the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade under the GeoINZ program.

The event featured Dhita Wirapradja from DW Etiquette, who shared her expertise in professional decorum to inspire confidence and finesse in the business world.

This year’s gathering was particularly special as it followed the festive period of Lebaran Eid, incorporating the traditional “halal bi halal” to strengthen geothermal community bonds.

Dhita’s session provided actionable insights into effective communication and networking, empowering attendees with the skills needed to excel both professionally and personally.

Through such initiatives, WING Indonesia continues to advance the legacy of R.A. Kartini, promoting gender equality and the importance of professional development in building a more inclusive society.
