Registration is open for the 2024 Taiwan International Geothermal Conference on 20-21 February in Taipei, highlighting the emerging geothermal market of Taiwan.
Registration for international participants has officially opened for the 2nd Taiwan International Geothermal Conference, taking place in Taipei, Taiwan on 20-21 February 2024.

The inaugural Taiwan International Geothermal Conference (TIGC) held last year had more than 400 people and 30 firm in attendance. The event served as a great opportunity for local businesses to share their latest technologies while also exchanging knowledge with global counterparts. With even greater participation expected this year, the 2024 TIGC will be held at the CPC Conference Center which can accommodate well over 600 people.
TIGC 2024 is being organized by the Energy Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs with partners Taiwan Geothermal Association, New Zealand Trade Development Center, Geological Survey and Mining Management Agency, Taiwan CPC Corporation, and Taipower Company.
The programme for TIGC 2024 will include country and industry updates, workshops, a field trip to the Sihuangziping No. 1 Geothermal Power Plant, and opportunities to meet with local companies interested in developing geothermal projects in Taiwan.
