Warnings in politics are usually always the result of some concern or fear of consideration arising from analysis of the situation: Biden warns Russia, in the face of losses, against using unconventional weapons. Some officials fear that the more cornered Vladimir Putin feels... (NYT digital Ed. Today) 

Following the conclusions of the bilateral meeting between the republics of China and Russia within the framework of the meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organizationin the city of Samarkand in the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 16 of this year, the dangers of the current Russian military invasion of Ukraine have deepened.... As a result of the cautious position of the forgotten ally of the West during the Second World War, China, after the conclusion of the meeting. Obviously, for the president of the Russian federation, it must not have been an easy matter to publicly acknowledge China's political stance in relation to the current war labyrinth with threats of incalculable dangers in its escalation? 

In the psychology of supremacy of a leader like Vladimir Putin at the head of a Tsarist lordship that he himself claims in his nationalist yearnings as the re-foundation of the Russian empire, in addition, provided with a superb military power that should cause awe to anyone, he wanted to believe that with a simple military intervention -command type- he would subdue in a very short period of time the inferior, according to him, in all areas and historically subjugated Ukraine. The truth is that, for the supreme leader of the Russian power up to now, he has been bitterly and unexpectedly surprised by this military feat? 

Vladimir Putin, perhaps, was betrayed by his ego - Romanov, completely forgetting to perform due diligence (surely it was performed, ignoring the recommendations of his Joint Chiefs of Staff) or at least remember the basic principle of war, which is so well described by him, Sun Tzu (China, 5th century BC) in his book: "The Art of War": ... if you do not know others and do not know yourself, you will be in danger in every battle ....  

And, so it is, during the important military advances of the Ukrainian armed forces, forcing the withdrawal of the invading Russian troops, a very unlikely fact in anyone's mind... and that has been profusely displayed in the international press... Because of this media display, the president of the Russian federation, does not stay behind and responds to the world in a statement: ... everything is fine... we are not in a hurry to finish the military campaign in Ukraine .... (Animal Politico, Yahoo NEWS, 16-09-229). Logical response of the president of President Vladimir Putin, since he has the valuable -conventional- lock of the natural gas pipeline that supplies the fuel to the European continent. 

On the same subject, the political authorities of the European Union (EU) inform: ... on the precarious reserves of Natural Gas that we have with respect to this fuel that would only reach until December in the middle of the European winter? (El País, 17-09-22), a fact that is aggravated by the lack of regasification plants for Natural Gas in the continent, a factor of national security, and economic so important, its dependence was left: -at the mercy of a single pipe- for the transport of fuel to the continent, a serious error of geopolitical strategy...       

It can be inferred from the analysis of the current situation that the European Union cannot stand idly by in the face of this continental (global) emergency with immediate repercussions of enormous social and economic consequences... Nor in the mind of the President of the Russian Federation, who at this point no longer has much to lose, could resort in an act of desperation to non-conventional tools - one must be very careful to leave the enemy without oxygen... or in the words of yesterday's New York Times: Some officials fear that the more cornered Vladimir Putin feels... The critical situation is getting more dangerous by the day and this is demonstrated by the fall of a Russian missile, a few hours ago, less than 200 meters from the Pivdennoukrainsk power plant, the second largest in Ukraine.
