Limits

One of the most important attributes of leadership is to clearly establish the limits for each challenge posed to employees and their teams.

Another way of expressing the importance of limits is what in engineering is called "boundary conditions". Those that need to be addressed for the solution to be acceptable.

Successful leaders excel in focusing on limits. At the end of the day, they represent the main attributes that must be respected. It is a generalist view, uncommon in Brazil. The preference is for micro-management.

The reason is simple. It's so much easier to discuss the small details.

If you would like to test this concept, you will certainly be surprised by the new horizons that will open up!
