New drilling methodologies are being tested and developed to make this future a reality. What it means potentially is that almost everywhere on the planet we can build a geothermal power plant.

The plan revealed in the last week by the David Suzuki Foundation says Canada can achieve !00% clean renewable energy by 2035. Modelling only looked at solar and wind rather than considering the baseload capability of geothermal as a renewable energy solution.
