The participants discussed the implementation of presidential instructions on developing the Baikal-Amur and Trans-Siberian Railways in 2022, plans for 2023–2024 to increase the transportation capacity of the railway infrastructure, including construction and technological measures, as well as rate changes for coal transport by rail in 2023.

the Eastern Operating Domain is a key project in developing railway infrastructure, and that it is necessary to use every opportunity to expand transport and traffic capacity in the Far East.
