Energy: Detail-Oriented or Generalist?

Companies and institutions need both talents!

The generalist is the one who looks at the whole. Creates strategies to achieve and maintain energy bill competitiveness. For this, it discovers alternatives for energy contracting and chooses those based on criteria involving technical, financial, legal and management aspects..

The detail-oriented is the one who will focus on meeting the constraints that are always associated with alternatives. It is the profile of more "technical" collaborators who must ensure that the choices are defensible from the perspective of the details involved.

The combination of generalists and detail-oriented is what enables robust decisions that are able to bring the desired results.

This approach will be worth a try. You will be surprised!
