The influential Conservative-linked Centre for Policy Studies (CPS) has been pushing for further North Sea oil and gas drilling while several of its board members hold financial interests in the industry, a DeSmog investigation has found. The think tank, which is based at 57 Tufton Street in Westminster, meets regularly with ministers.
