Mercedes-Benz debuts the Mercedes-AMG E-Scooter

Mercedes-Benz, in collaboration with Swiss mobility company Micro Mobility Systems, has introduced the Mercedes-AMG E-Scooter, designed for city dwellers, commuters and last-mile applications.

Equipped with a 500-watt motor and a 9.6 Ah battery, the e-scooter has a range of up to 40 km and a top speed of 20 km/h. It weighs 14.7 kg and can be folded to fit in a car trunk or carried on public transport.

Other features include a twist-grip throttle; adjustable front and rear suspension; handlebar height adjustment; a display showing speed, charging status and riding mode; braking via an electric motor brake on the twist grip, a drum brake at the rear or a foot brake on the mudguard; and Micro App Bluetooth connectivity to a smartphone.
