Giving Thanks for Mother Nature on Spring Equinox.

Dear Friends,

Happy First Day of Spring!

As I lean into longer, warmer days and greener vistas, as I celebrate rebirth, freedom and renewal, I am adding in a special prayer of thanks for Mother Earth, for her bountiful seas, her rich soil and her shade-giving and oxygenating trees and plants. In other words, today, on Spring Equinox, I am already looking ahead and planning how I can give thanks to Mother Earth in the best way possible, by getting as close to personal net zero as I can for at least one hour on her designated holiday, Earth Day, April 22.

How will you celebrate Earth Day this year? Will you power up the gratitude and power down the grid between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. (in your own time zone), joining people around the world in a 24-hour global Earth Day Gratitude celebration? Did you know that smarter energy choices can add up to thousands of dollars of budget savings each year? What will you do differently on Earth Day this year? Would you like a few tips and information?

Simply go to EarthDayGratitude.com to download your free ebook. There is no opt-in requirement. The ebook features visionaries on gratitude and sustainability, including The Prince of Wales, Deepak Chopra, the Earth Day Network, Lynne Twist, Ron Finley, Life is Good and more.

As Deepak Chopra says so eloquently in his page in the Earth Day Gratitude ebook, “Let us work to keep [Mother Earth] sustainable, so we may in turn be nourished and sustained.”

Gangsta Gardener (and TED talk superstar) Ron Finley writes, “I live in a food desert. We’re getting kids off the street and letting them know the joy, the pride and the honor in growing their own food.”

Green Our Planet is saving three million gallons of water this year by replacing grass with gardens in Las Vegas schools.

Let us be the change we wish to see on Earth Day this year, and start planning now exactly how we will power up the gratitude and power down the grid. You will get a lot of great tips in the free ebook at EarthDayGratitude.com.
