(Hi to my blog readers. Happy new year. Below is my annual year-end review of sustainability that was posted at HBR.org right after Christmas. I'm believe it's the most viewed piece I've ever written for them (hundreds of thousands of views). Part of the reason may be the title, which attracted some heated exchanges.
