The Lion Electric Company (NYSE: LEV) has received an order for 35 LionC school buses from the Canadian province of Prince Edward Island. The vehicles will join 12 LionC buses that have been serving routes in the Charlottetown area since early 2021. Lion will also provide 35 Level 2 charging stations. The purchase was partially funded by the federal and provincial governments, which are contributing over $6.3 million to the clean school bus project through the Green Infrastructure plan.

Anheuser-Busch announced plans this week for what will become the largest solar project at a brewery in the U.S. — part of a $64 million investment in the company’s Los Angeles facility. The solar project will generate 10% of the brewery’s total electricity use and create 16 new jobs at the facility. Anheuser-Busch’s Los Angeles brewery supports more than 100 brands.

Gulf Power, a subsidiary of Florida Power & Light, began installing the first of 600,000 new solar panels planned at two solar farms in Northwest Florida.
