Logistics company Schneider has ordered nearly 100 Class 8 electric trucks for its intermodal operations in Southern California. After the first order of 62 Freightliner Cascadias, manufactured by Daimler Truck North America (DTNA), Scheider’s second order of 30 additional units brings the total to 92 Class 8 EVs.
