Draft CEIP template comment deadline

Commerce is requesting stakeholder feedback on its draft Clean Energy Implementation Plan (CEIP) template. Comments received will be used to improve the template and inform the instructions section of the template. The template and a recording of the CEIP template webinar are available on the CETA webpage.
The formal comment period for the draft template will closes tomorrow, June 29, 2021.
Commerce and UTC schedule joint workshop on interpretations of use

Commerce and the UTC will be holding a joint rulemaking workshop on interpretations of use provisions in RCW 19.405.040 from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2021. Meeting materials will be posted on the CETA webpage ahead of the meeting.

Commerce and the UTC intend to hold a joint rulemaking workshop from 1 to 4 p.m. on Oct. 4, 2021. A meeting topic and materials will be posted on the CETA webpage ahead of the meeting.
