The Washington State Department of Commerce has received fifteen stakeholder comments concerning the draft rule language for federal incremental hydro, renewable energy certificates and the social cost of greenhouse gases. All comments have been posted on the Clean Energy Transformation Act web page. The document can be viewed directly here.
Commerce appreciates the comments and suggestions and expects to respond by Monday, Sept. 23. If you submitted comments and they do not appear, please let us know.
