Commerce Seeks Specialist 3 – Energy Contracts and Programs

We’re looking for a new Program Manager to be part of the growing Energy Division. This position primarily provides program management support to the clean energy grant programs administered by the Energy Programs in Communities Unit.

As a Program Manager, you’ll perform advanced level program and contract management for clean energy programs, such as Washington’s Clean Energy Fund and State Energy Programs.

Strong candidates will have experience in program management, grant development and contracting, data analysis and program evaluation. We are looking for a quick learner with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. A background in clean energy technologies or science are a plus.
