March 18 Clean Buildings Workshop Is Cancelled
There will be no Clean Buildings workshop on March 18. Commerce continues to process comments received to date on the State’s Clean Buildings Law rulemaking effort and to develop proposed rule language based on ASHRAE Standard 100. In an effort to move forward in a collaborative yet concise manner and follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Washington State Department of Health, Commerce has cancelled the March 18, 2020 workshop.
The next Clean Buildings workshop will take place on April 15 and will be remote participation only. Commerce will release proposed language for Sections 7, 8, and 9 of ASHRAE Standard 100 at the beginning of April and will follow with discussion at the April 15 Webex workshop. The comment period will be open on these sections until May 1.
